Ali Photovoltaic Station
Ali PV station is located in Ali district, Tibet, with site area covering around 0.4km2. The average annual energy output is 18370MWh, annual utilization hours is 1822. The total land area is 251403 m2, including 10MWp planned land of 239403 m2, permanent road area of 12000 m2. A staged construction program was adopted, i.e., at the first stage, it was commenced to build 2MWp by the year of 2010, with power generation at the end of 2010; at the second stage, it was commenced to construct 3MWp by the year of 2011, with power generation at the end of 2011; at the third stage, it was commenced to construct 5MWp by the year of 2012, with power generation at the end of 2012.
 

 
Dechang Wind Farm
The total installed capacity of Dechang Wind Farm in Anning Valley is about 200 MW, and it is divided into five phases for construction, and a 220kV substation will be setup. Phase I demonstrative project is located in the left bank area, north part of the site, and it was completed and put into operation in May 2011, with installed capacity of 16MW. Phase II is located in the right bank area, north part of the site, and it was built and put into commission in September 2013, with installed capacity of 46MW. Phase IIIis located in south part of the site, the construction was completed in September 2013, and running with installed capacity of 47.5MW. Phase IV is located in the left bank area, south part of the site, near the Aning river, with installed capacity of 47.5MW. Phase Vis located in the right bank area, south part of the site, with installed capacity of 45MW. At present, the Phase IVand Phase Vare still under construction.
